The Cali Cup is the premier tabletop wargaming event in California, where the best of the best come to battle it out. There is a reason this event has quickly reached legendary status: the vibe is unmatched. Yes, the tournaments taking place at the Cali Cup are professionally run and organized, but the whole atmosphere is so energetic and fun that regardless of your win/loss record, everyone goes home smiling. The massive Pomona Fairplex hosts the event in Expo Hall 9 — conveniently located to much of SoCal.

The Cali Cup tournaments are structured to provide the most equal and clear matched play experience. We aim to limit the situations that are out of your control and focus on a clear, defined tournament format. As at all Green Banner events: no surprises, no luck, just competition. We hand-select our judging staff — judges of integral, stoic character who are themselves highly experienced and accomplished players in their respective game systems.

Finally, though we focus extensively on competition, we emphasize experience over all. Players of all skill levels are encouraged to come play, have fun, and test themselves in a positive environment through the whole weekend. We are all here to have fun at the end of the day.
