    This tournament will consist of 2 rounds on Friday, 2 rounds on Saturday, and 2 rounds on Sunday and follow a format similar to the WTC. While this is a matched play competitive event, all are welcome and encouraged to play!

    How do I receive my ticket?

    Your order confirmation email is your receipt. Event check-in is handled by name at the door — there is no physical ticket to print or bring.

    What's the refund policy?

    Full refunds are available up to 30 days before the event. Within 30 days, tickets are non-refundable but can be transferred to another player — just reach out and we will help with the swap.

    Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

    Yes. Tickets are transferable up until event check-in. Contact us with the new attendee details and we will update the roster.

    When will I get event details and pairings?

    Final logistics — schedule, venue notes, and round one pairings — are emailed to all registered players in the week leading up to the event.
