The Riverside Classic
The Riverside Classic is the Inland Empire’s own tournament — a regional event supporting the Riverside, California and greater SoCal community. While players from everywhere are invited, this tournament was created for the locals who wanted an event set to Green Banner’s high standards — top judging, quality awards, and a fun vibe that ensures everyone is having a good time!
Gamers Haven in Colton was chosen to host for their support of the local player base and their practical location in the region. There is a good amount of space, comfortable seating, and a large assortment of products if you feel like shopping between rounds. The event is run alongside Camden Holt and the Riverside Ripperswarms.
As with all Green Banner events, you can expect a competitive, fair, and professionally run tournament — no surprises, no luck, just competition. Players of all skill levels are encouraged to come play, have fun, and test themselves in a positive environment through the whole weekend.

Which game systems can I play?
The Riverside Classic is a Warhammer 40,000 singles tournament.
Where do I find the player pack?
The player pack will be added to the Player Portal when ready.
What rules are we using?
The latest Warhammer 40,000 matched play rules and current points. Any FAQs or errata released before the event will be in effect.
Is there a painting requirement?
Yes, all models must be painted to a 3-color minimum. We will have Best Painted judging for those who want to compete for painting awards.
Can I get a refund?
Full refunds are available up to the posted deadline. After that, tickets can be transferred to another player but not refunded.
How do pairings work?
Round 1 is random seeding. Later rounds use Swiss pairings based on battle points, with opponent history taken into account.
