The Mountain West Classic is dedicated to the absolutely amazing community of people living in the Mountain West region. This is THEIR tournament. One which they can proudly call their own and will use to determine who among them can rise above the mountains and be our champion! Green Banner has chosen the Utah Valley Convention Center in downtown Provo UT to host this event, as it is easily accessible within the region and because the modern, functional venue itself is a joy to roll dice in. A pleasant perk of this venue is that there are plenty of restaurants all within easy walking distance!

This two day tournament will be structured to provide the most equal and clear matched play experience. We aim to limit the amount of situations that are out of your control and focus on a clear and defined tournament format. As at all Green Banner events: No surprises. No luck. Just competition. We hand select our judging staff and ensure we only use judges that are both of integral and stoic character as well as highly experienced and accomplished tournament goers themselves. This gives our players access to the brightest minds for the most correct and consistent rulings.

Finally, though we focus extensively on competitions, we emphasize experience over all. Players of all skill levels are encouraged to come play, have fun and test themselves in a positive environment through the whole weekend. We are all here to have fun at the end of the day.
