    The Challengers Cup is hosted at the newly renovated Western Sports Park, just north of downtown Salt Lake City in Farmington, Utah. Choosing this venue wasn’t an accident — it was a deliberate, community-driven decision to elevate the player experience while keeping team costs like lodging, food, and travel as low as possible. Our event takes place in a true arena (Arena 2), complete with stadium seating along one side — spectators watch the games unfold from above while players get the elbow room they need for high-stakes competitive play.

    Transportation

    • Salt Lake City International Airport (SLC) — 23 min drive; major hub for Delta Airlines with direct flights across the country
    • Located right off Interstate 15 — park in the Southern Lot for the Arena 2 main entrance
    • FrontRunner rail runs every 30–60 minutes (Mon–Sat); Farmington Station is within a mile of the venue
    • Trax Green Line connects the SLC Airport to the FrontRunner

    Lodging

    • Hyatt Place Salt Lake City/Farmington/Station Park — 3 min drive, in the Station Park outdoor mall
    • Hampton Inn & Suites Salt Lake City/Farmington — 6 min drive, affordable suites near the venue
    • Comfort Inn & Suites Woods Cross — 14 min drive, very affordable, next to a grocery store, right off the interstate
    • Airbnb — plenty of options; tends to be the most affordable (and fun) for team events

    Food & Drink

    • Station Park — large outdoor mall across the street; try Twigs Bistro and Martini Bar, Toscano’s Brazilian Grill, or Blaze Pizza
    • Lucky 13 — roadhouse bar and grill with Utah’s Best Burger, 25 min south; host of the spontaneous 2025 Challengers Cup party
    • Harmons Grocery — upscale grocery in Station Park, known for quality produce and premade foods
    • Walmart — the closest location to the venue is 221 W Parrish Ln, Centerville, UT 84014
